Small In Size Durable Oil Fired Gas Fired Thermal Oil Boiler For Industry
The structural principle of the thermal oil furnace is through
the high temperature oil pump, the heating oil is transmitted
to the heat ingress, after heat unloading, degrees and then
returned to the heat transfer oil heating tube, using the high
temperature oil pump will be heat ingressed to circulate the
heat transfer, the heat energy is passed to the heat
equipment, and then re-through the circulation pump, return
to the heater, absorb heat, and then pass to the heat
equipment, so repeated cycle to achieve continuous transfer
of heat.
Thermal oil boilers can be used in:
1, food and chemical industry: polymerization, condensation,
distillation, melting, dehydration, forced insulation and so on.
2, grease industry: fatty acid distillation, grease
decomposition, concentration, esterification, vacuum odor
and other reaction kettle temperature control, reactor
heating.
3, synthetic fiber industry: polymerization, melting, spinning,
extension, drying and so on.
4, textile printing and dyeing works: hot-shaped roller heating
genus, baking room heating, hot-capacity dyeing, etc.
5, rubber industry: hot pressure, pressure, extrusion,
vulcanization molding and so on.
6, wood industry: multi-clutch board, fiberboard pressurized
molding, laminate plate heating, hot plate heating, oil press
temperature control, wood drying and so on.
7, building materials industry: gypsum board drying, asphalt
heating, concrete componentmaintenance.
8, machinery industry: paint, printing and drying.
