The difference between a pressurized hot water boiler and a normal pressure hot water boiler
(1) The boiler of the pressure hot water boiler heating system is a pressurized equipment, which has the risk of explosion. (2) Pressure hot water boiler is full of water, there is no water level control problem. The normal pressure hot water boiler has water level control problems. It is the boiler with water in the pot, the top is still connected with an open box, and there is still a water level control problem.
(3) Pressure hot water boiler must be equipped with pressure gauge, safety valve and thermometer, because the boiler is always in a full state, so there is no water level meter, and the regular pressure hot water boiler only water level meter and thermometer, because the boiler and the atmosphere, the pressure in the pot is always atmospheric pressure, no explosion risk, so there is no need to install a safety valve, can also be installed pressure gauge.
(4) The circulating water pump of the hot water boiler heating system under pressure is the return water of the pumping system to the boiler, and the water pump is generally selected. It should not only overcome the system circulation resistance, but also maintain the boiler has a certain pressure, to ensure that the pot water does not vaporize at high temperature. The circulating pump of the hot water boiler heating system is pumped from the boiler, the pump is the hot water pump, its function is to overcome the system resistance, mainly to overcome the resistance of the backwater control valve.
(5) Pressure hot water boiler can supply low temperature water, but also high temperature water. The normal pressure hot water boiler is only able to supply less than 100 degrees C of low-temperature water.
